Brett Kavanaugh Does Not Respect the 4th Ammendment
4th Amendment of the United States Constitution
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
NSA was listening to a conversation in Italian between a man in New York and a book agent in Florence, Italy. He was trying to buy a book. They thought they were listening to the man speaking with a terrorist. The New Yorker was arrested.
A case came to court and the judge ruled they did not come after you for what you said so there was no violation of the 4th amendment. The judge was Brett Kavanaugh
If the government really believed that our right was Natural, then how could have the Patriot Act. Federal agents can write their own search warrants, even though only judges can write search warrants, under the 4th amendment. And when the search warrant is served, you can't tell anyone we served you. What happened to Congress can make no law abridging the freedom of speech?
Brett Kavanaugh as a young lawyer was the scrivener of the Patriot Act.
